Ordered this due to restless sleep due to neck issues. I'm a back and side sleeper. For the money I paid I thought this would at least help solving my problems. It hasn't really. It's just a pillow so I guess I didnt know what I was expecting. It's not a bad pillow by any means. Just a hefty price for a mediocre one, in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife and tried them at the mall and ended up buying two. We are in our late 50s and have some back and shoulder issues, and found these are very firm and low enough to help with our issues. Love them so much we take them with us when we travel by car to hotels. Highly recommended!

Not the same as it used to be

I have neck problems and can't find the right pillow. When we bought our Tempur-Pedic mattress 8 years ago, it came with symphony pillows. I loved mine! Recently it seemed flatter and started giving me shoulder and neck pain. I was very excited to see the pillow was still being made and ordered two. What a disappointment. It's just not the same. It's flat and much lighter. My shoulder pain is still there, and I find myself trying to make the pillow work all night, turning, flipping it. I guess I'm stuck looking for a new pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Firm but comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The symphony pillow was not as soft as I expected it to be when I first got it, but over time I got used to the "hugging" feel. Now when trying other pillows it feels like there is no substance to them and ultimately no comfort. These were an impulse buy for me, but I can't help but recommend them to people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow however, I ordered the wrong one for me. I have serious neck problems and it still hasn't solved my problem. I'm still waking up with my neck aching and stiff and having to rotate between pillows. I feel if I would've spoken to someone or purchased in store, I would've gotten the pillow I needed.
