Not as good as my older one

This was my second time in 8 years to buy this pillow. The new one is smaller and way to soft in comparison to my older one.

Used to be better

I bought one of these pillows about 8 years ago and it had been wonderful! However I just purchased another one to replace it and the quality is not as good. The pillow is squishier and not near as firm. I don't know what they changed but the new ones are much less sense. I have the new ones to my kids to use and I'm still using the old one.

If you are looking for a pillow that is just a bit firm. This is not the pillow for you. My head sinks in the middle and I fold it in half just to make it useable.

My husband and I each bought symphony pillows about 7 years ago. We loved them so much, we recently purchased new ones thinking it was time to upgrade. Wasted money. I ended up going back to my old pillow that was (at 7 years old) still much thicker and firmer than the new one. I sometimes put my hand under my pillow. With the new one, my head practically touched my hand. With my old one, it doesn't come close. We couldn't get our money back for the new ones since it wasn't considered a defect that would fall under their warranty policy. Very disappointing after years of great experience with the original product. We won't be buying more in the future.
