[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous TEMPUR-Symphony pillow and it has changed. The height has decreased making the pillow unusable without creating neck and shoulder pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Says it's for any type of sleeper, just flip it over if you sleep on your stomach. I'm a stomach sleeper and can't use it. Hurts my neck. When on my side or back, is great- but not so much for someone who sleeps on their stomach.

I left the tags on them as I wanted to make sure during the trial period that I liked it. It is the best pillow I've ever had!! My shoulder and neck pain is gone, and I am sleeping straight through the night again. I never should have doubted anything made by Tempurpedic!!
