I would buy this product time after time.

Amazing support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great for someone who sleeps on side or back. It provides great cervical neck support. At first it may seem firm for most new users, but after using for about a month it was much softer, yet still very supportive.

Not as good as it used to be!

We loved our first set of these pillows so much when it was time for new pillows we bought another set. We were sadly disappointed with how soft they were and how quickly they flattened. I wake repeatedly during the night to flip and fluff it. My husband has given up on his already, only a month old, and is on the hunt for a new type of pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I HATE buying Big, hard pillows

After reading several reviews, we purchased two symphony pillows. My husband and I are too small for the pillows because our neck doesn't fit the pillow right and our heads raise our backs off the bed. It is an uncomfortable fit for both of us. And, then the "softness". Well, these pillows feel nice, but are pretty firm. We own a memory foam mattress and these pillows are terrible. Unfortunately, we cannot even exchange them for a "softer" pillow or return them all together for a refund. I HATE buying pillows!

This pillow helps support my neck whether I lay on my back or side. Good combination of soft and firm. It took a couple of days for it to get a bit softer but I'm very happy with it.
