Way too firm & thick. Gets worse when you sink into the bed a bit. My neck & back have been killing me. Went back to my old pillow...

Bought 2 Symphony pillows and for the first few nights seemed to be comfortable but by the third night I awoke with a pounding headache. Decided to give it another try and 2 weeks later still having headaches. Have switched back to my old pillow and am very unhappy about spending $129 on a pillow I will never use.

We purchased a Rhapsody bed, and tried out this pillow in the store with the bed and it seemed fine. However, after 4 weeks the pillow is still too firm. It keeps my neck raised up too high, and I wake up with neck pain. Flipping it over to the "side sleep" position helps some, but I now wish I would have bought the cloud pillow. We bought 3 of these pillows, and I feel like I lost $300!

I have had a contoured pillow since 2004. I recently got a second home and needed another pillow. I recently received my new pillow that I bought directly from Tempurpedic. Looks just like my old one, but I have to tell you that I think they have changed the formula of the foam they use b/c it stinks. It almost smells like old dirty socks and it has been over a month. Why? I wish the folks at Casper, awesome foam bed manufacturer made pillows!

Sleeping on this pillow is like sleeping on a cushioney brick. Overall sleep quality gets a 2 because at least the Cloud Supreme bed makes it possible to sleep well. This pillow is much too "firm" to love. Hopefully the Cloud pillow will fare better with me when I receive it.
