Too soft

Hoping for more relief

I went in with really high expectations, but the pillow was not able to alleviate my neck pain. The pillow is better than a traditional pillow and it does have adequate firmness. It just does not solve my dilemma.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the same

I had the old version of this pillow for over 10 years. It was fantastic, but then lost it's umpf due to age, and my neck started hurting. I replaced it with this which is much softer, and my head sinks into it, which was not the case before. I am frustrated by the material change. The old version was the perfect support for my neck as a side sleeper, and I never had to put my hand under the pillow to lift it. This version is only okay, and often I do have to put my hands under it. I am giving it more time, but it may not do the trick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
