Memory foam

The description wasn't very clear that this pillow is a type of memory foam. I dislike the sinking feeling of memory foam so don't like this. Other than the material it seems fine but haven't tried it again after the first night.

Pillow sucks

The pillow is soft but once your head lays in it, it’s sinks. It’s flat no support. I tried returning but I couldn’t. I knew by the first night it was a terrible investment.

I loved the older style of this pillow.

This pillow is too thick. It flexes your neck and brings it up too high. I am a chiropractor, and this pillow does not keep your neck and alignment. It cranks it up too much. I have two of the older style pillows designed for back and side sleeping. Those pillows are amazing.
