Sadly, this might be the WORST pillow I have ever purchased. My husband has this exact pillow in the Standard size. I tried his and it gave my head/neck nice support, which I need because I'm a side sleeper. So, I was shocked when I purchased the Queen size and after just a few uses, it went completely FLAT. It went so flat that when I woke up my shoulder and neck were in horrible pain. I believe the pillow I purchased must be defective and that Quality Assurance must have missed it. I should have returned it when I first realized the problem instead of trying to make it work. BE CAREFUL, SIDE SLEEPERS!!
Cons: Flattens Quickly, Not Functional, Poor Value, Provides No Support

I have been going through pillow after pillow and couldn't find one that would stand up to my sleep style. I sleep in all three positions depending on my own comfort. I sleep on my back, on my side and on my stomach. This pillow beats any pillow I have ever slept on for just the right firmness, just the right softness, just right everywhere and in anyone of my positions. It is the greatest pillow and I will never go back to a traditional pillow for the rest of my life or as long as tempur-pedic lasts. if you are having a hard time sleeping because of your pillow you have to try one. it is so worth the price, given I went through about 6 pillows which placed that cost almost twice what this pillow costs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The new foam smell would not go away after weeks. Woke up with headaches had to remove pillow but it was very comfortable.

Best pillow ever!!

I had to replace my previous symphony pillow after I left it at a hotel on vacation!! I had whiplash after a car accident 4 years ago and had problems with sore neck and headaches upon waking. This pillow has been a life saver and was devastated when I lost it. I tried other pillows for three weeks but finally had to replace it. I was really nervous when I opened it as it is not as firm or as thick as my previous pillow but slept great and no pain this morning! I hope it lasts as long as my previous symphony pillow did

This is my 2nd favorite tempurpedic pillow. I like to lay on this one when I am watching tv in bed. I usually like to sleep on the tempurpedic neck pillow, but sometimes I use this one. I have a very bad neck and some nights this one is better than the neck pillow. This pillow works well for side and back sleepers.
Pros: Durable, Functional, Good Value, Versatile

I have had a sore neck for about 6 months now. I am a stomach and side sleeper snd i have tried several different pillows with none of them being sucessful. I decided to try the Symphony pillow. This is the best pillow ever!!! After just one night i could tell the difference, i didnt wake up feling stiff. I love the support it gives my neck. It is worth every penny i spent on it.

I had bought the classic pillows 6 years ago and I still have them, they are the most comfortable pillows. However, the symphony was a big waste of money as well as sleeping time spent uncomfortable for almost 4 months.
