[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the symphony pillow because of the buy-one-get-one deal and it was the best Christmas gift I could have given to myself. I was sick of my cheap memory foam pillows that eventually became pancake flat rocks and I don't like pillows that are too fluffy and cottony. The symphony is perfect because it always springs back to shape and has just the right balance between soft and firm. Try it - you won't regret it!

When decieding what I should get for my mother in law for Christmas I thought what does she want but would never get for herself. This question dawned on me as I slowly realized that this is a product I wouldn't only by for myself but for someone I truly loved & cared for since I would only want what's best for them .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second symphony pillow. The one I bought several years ago was great! Everything felt premium, even down to the packaging. This one was underwhelming in all aspects. It definitely isn't the same pillow. That being said, I still like it and will use it, just disappointed a bit.
