not like my old one!

I bought a Symphony pillow 5 years ago and it was very firm and supported my head and neck well. I just received a new one and it is not anything like my old one. This pillow is like a half inflated balloon, with no support. I'm very disappointed in the change. I went back to my old better pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took abit of getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first i didn't like them at all, they did not feel like our previous tempurpedic pillows which we LOVE. After a few days tho I have found them increasingly comfortable in every position. Still not as good as the old one (new design vs wearing in) but highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that I can flip the pillow over to make it slightly higher or lower. It's cooler that I thought it might be, although I have not yet used it in the dead of summer. That said, it's a little firmer than I'd hoped. I'm used to scrunching my pillow up to fill the whole space between my shoulder, head and bed. Not so easy to do with this pillow.

Just what I was looking for

My husband has the Tempur-Cloud, which is fine, but I was looking for something with a bit more height and density without going full-blown "firm." I am both a side and back sleeper and this pillow is exactly what I was looking for! Super comfy with just the right amount of smoosh. There was about 48-72 hours of off-gassing, so keep that in mind before trying it out for a full night's rest.

Sleeping Like a Boss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pillow in every way possible and it feels great. I sleep flat facing up, something facing sideways, other times at a 45 degree angle. This pillow is designed to make you comfortable in every position. Sometimes I even put two side by side and rest my head on the crack between them. So this is what it's like to sleep on a firm cloud. This fits on my queen sized pillow covers. Not sure if it's actually meant for King though size it reaches to the edge of a queen and is larger than my other queen pillows.
