Worse item I purchased from Temperpedic

This pillow gives me a headache and neck ache at nights when I use it. It also has a strange smell to it; which is unusual for your items. First item I purchased from company that I had a problem since 2005.

Quality not the same - Don't waste your money

We first purchased Tempur-Symphony Pillows about 8-10 years ago and immediately fell in love with them. After this many years, we thought it was time to buy new. So, of course, we purchased the same pillows since the first set maintained their shape and held up for so long. We have been battling with these new ones going flat and are constantly trying to readjust them through the night. Therefore, our sleep is constantly interrupted. They do not "retain their shape" as they advertise. They are definitely not the quality of the first set that we purchased years ago. Disappointing. We are now using a different, less expensive brand of pillow.

Nauseating smell

I have been a user of the Symphony pillow for about 8 years and it was a godsend for my back problems. The new version from 2017 is awful. It is much lighter in weight and emits such a terrible odor that I wasn't able to sleep through the night while using it. Customer service advised me that to get rid of the odor I needed to squish the pillow around to loosen the materials. I will never purchase a Tempur-Pedic product again considering that they do not stand behind their products with a return policy.

This is a HORRIBLE PILLOW with chemical odor so strong you get nausea and headache and it won't go away even after 30 days. Tempurpedic won't allow exchange, return I understand, but no exchange?? THAT IS JUST FLAWED POLICY. PEOPLE JUST DON'T BUY ANY PILLOWS FROM TEMPURPEDIC PERIOD. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband purchased a TP when we bought out bed and loves it. I thought this was a great deal and would try for myself but the pillow is either too hard and doesn't conform to my neck and head or it just isn't the same quality that he received. I realize this review will not win me a bed but I wanted TP to know that these pillows are different than what I thought they would be. Thanks,

I will never buy again from them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these pillows on a recommendation from a Tempur-pedic employee. He said that this may help with my headaches, but it made it worse! He said that it will help my wife sleep better, but it made it worse. You wake up feeling like you slept on a rock!
Cons: Horrible customer service, Kings your neck, Not Functional, Poor Value, Uncomfortable

I had the original symphony pillow for years and had never loved a pillow more, but they don't last forever so I decided it was time to replace it. The new symphony pillow looks the same but it IS NOT the same. It is lighter and softer than my old pillow. The new pillow is in my closet and I'm still sleeping on my old pillow. WHY did they have to change perfection????

Quality brand with poor results

I like tempurpedic company and liked the pillow size but I definitely purchased the wrong pillow. It's very firm but does conform to your head. This pillow would not be the most pleasant pillow to use in a pillow fight because it is so firm. I feel that this pillow absorbs your body heat and doesn't let it go as well. Have not been able to sleep much due to this pillow after many attempts to try and like it at night no matter what position I sleep in.
