Great pillow!

Great support for my neck and head. First good night's sleep in a long time. Would recommend this pillow. It is firm but very supportive. Not a pillow you can scrunch up if you like to do that. A little pricey but worth it.

First tempurpedic product. Honestly very underwhelmed by the quality for the price I paid. I ordered 2 Symphony pillows and both were not as firm as I'd like. Both are also very small and slip out of pillowcases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Website calls it soft support I call it medium. It's the perfect height and it's not too squishy or too hard. I sleep on my side probably 90% of the time and I will occasionally roll over onto my back. This pillow is perfectly comfortable in both positions for me.

Disappointing Flatness

I've had a Symphony pillow for about ten years and finally decided it was starting to get a little flat for me. I'd been so happy with it for so long that it wasn't even a question for me that I'd get another one. But the new one is only very slightly thicker than the old one at night (which is probably only 60% of how the old one started after all these years) and by the morning it is only about half as thick as the old one would be. The new one provides very little support, so now I'm looking for a new pillow to love. I'm very disappointed in how this product has changed.

Too hard

I enjoy the pillow and I also have a cooling pillow however I bought the smaller lighter weight symphony pillow for my husband! He isn't in love with it, as it's proabably too small for his size and he likes a softer pillow! I tried.

I bought this pillow initially 12 years ago. I've always loved it!! Recently, I purchased a new one, and it's not the same. It doesn't feel as heavy as my first symphony pillow, and my head sinks way farther into the pillow. I'm disappointed that the product has changed. I gave the new one to my son, and I've returned to my 12 year old tempurpedic pillow.
