I have used these pillows for the past 12 years, I think this is my 4th one. The one I recently purchased smells. I did not have this problem in the past. Why did you change what it was made of? I still get a comfortable nights sleep, but one month later it still smells. I ordered directly from your store.

I've tried three different TempurPedic pillows. The Cloud Soft and Conforming was too hard, the TempurPedic Cloud was too soft. This Symphony is just right. I only wish it came in King size.

Like deflated pillow

I was looking forward to owning a Tempurpedic pillow but unfortunately was disappointed. Pillow retained its shape but after sleeping on it, it subsides and they become flatten after a whole night sleep. So your head is really low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow is perfect for me when I'm sitting in my recliner and I put it behind my head but when I use it in bed it wasn't for him enough it compressed too much.

This seems to be a quality and well-made product. But it's far too firm, and my wife and I have both given up on it. Back to our old, cheaper pillows.

Best investment ever!

So far, so great! My husband and I were on the hunt for truly quality pillows, even if it meant spending more. Wow, was the research (and trial/error of other brands) worth the hassle! These are amazing!! Now when traveling and sleeping on other pillow brands, I actually wake up with a sore neck. These really conform to your body and are great for back and side sleepers like us. I've even slept on my stomach on these and still no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
