I love this pillow so much I have purchased 6!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of the king size Symphony pillows 8 years ago for my husband and I. This is the most comfortable, supportive pillow I've ever used. I no longer have neck pain or stiffness in the morning like I had with other pillows. It's changed the way I sleep. My husband and I haven't been able to sleep with any other pillow ever since. Even after 8 years of daily use our pillows are exactly the same as the day I bought them. They have not deteriorated or lost their shape or firmness at all. Traveling without them is awful, so I recently bought 2 queen Symphony pillows that we take with us whenever we travel. Our kids like our pillows so much they begged for some so I bought each of them one. This pillow is worth ever penny!
Pros: Durable, Functional, Good Value, Most comfortable pillow ever, Versatile

No more neck pain!!

Great investment! Sturdy and wont deform so it means you wont need to buy pillows. Great comfort! Wont give you stiff neck or neck pains. Perfect neck-head support.

We bought two of these pillows in November or December of 2017. My husband's pillow is dense and firm. However, my pillow was like this but is now flatter, less firm, and lighter in weight. I am not happy with mine any longer. Do not know what happened other than defective materials. Even so, we would recommend this pillow for its great support.

Firmer than I expected.

Bought the symphony and soft& lofty. Symphony rated as soft, the other medium soft. This one is very firm to me. Solid piece of foam. The other feels more like a regular pillow, I can squeeze it and sink more into it. So not sure how to interpret the firmness ratings? Also has more of the rubber odor on it. The soft& lofty has a much nicer protector cover on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I decided to test out the pillows at a tempurpedic store near my home because I was choosing between the Cloud and the Symphony pillow. I'm glad I tried them out. I was close to purchasing a Cloud pillow online without testing the products first, but once I went to the store, I instantly felt the Symphony pillow was perfect for me. It allows full support of the neck and keeps the spine aligned without strain. The pillow is soft, yet firm enough to support my head without overstretching my neck by sinking my head to deep into the foam. With the Cloud pillow, it did offer great neck support (by the way I am a strong side and back sleeper. I lay on my side to fall asleep, then transition to my back for much of the night too). But with the Cloud being, well, much like a Cloud, where there was full support and also very soft, my head would sink into the pillow. I felt this may be an issue by overstretching my neck, so Symphony was the way to go. Ive used my pillow for three nights now and I am so happy to hop in bed and wake up free of neck pain! Which is very common for me if I don't have the proper support. If you need support, this pillow is it. But again it's a little firm for those who like their heads on pillows that are soft and don't sink in too much. I will be coming back to try out their body pillow next!
