[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow online because the local store would not match the online price. it seems to be harder then the previous Symphony pillow I had bought years ago, but is still just ok. If I had not got such a great price I would probably return it.

My sleep number pillow needed to be upgraded so I trialed one of these. I have had my pillow for a few weeks now and still love it. Great nights sleep. I am a side sleeper and the pillow still works well for that.

I made my choice based on customer reviews and I find it incredibly hard to believe that no one hated them. They are as hard as a rock. We thought they would soften up As much as we tried we could not make it a full week. It also doesn't make sense that you can return a mattress, but not a pillow. When it comes to the personal nature of a product I can promise you a mattresses sees a lot more personal things than a pillow does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
