[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is not worth the money. It instantly sank my head Into and no support. Slept with the pillow for a week because it is recommended to sleep with it to get used to the pillow and I woke up with a headache every morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with Tempur-Pedic pillows 15 years ago. The one I got (can't remember the name) was HEAVY, a true memory foam pillow. When I laid on it, it cradled my head, supported my neck, kept my head, neck, body aligned through the whole night. It was the same material, same firmness, same heaviness they use in their body pillows today. But after 15 years, I needed new pillows. I ordered the Symphony because it looked exactly like what I had before. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They may look the same but they are NOT. These Symphony pillows are so light and fluffy. They don't gently cradle your head, support your neck or keep your body aligned while you sleep. After about 3 min, the pillow is smashed down and deflated. Your head sinks in the pillow because there's ZERO support. The Contour pillows are worse. They are not firm by any means. So I will be buying a body pillow and taking it to a quilting store to have it cut in half to make two normal, just as I remember them, firm Tempur-Pedic pillows. If you like light and fluffy, these are the pillows for you. But if you long for the true, firm memory foam pillows they used to make, those are a thing of the past. I will no longer hold Tempur-Pedic pillows as the gold standard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is comfortable but I did not realize how small the pillow is. There should be a king pillow size for larger beds. If you do not have a king size bed it should be fine and look proportionate to your bed.

My wife and I were at our wits ends looking for replacement pillows. We saw the dual sided tempur-pedic and decided to give it try. Well it was an excellent decision. We are now happy sleepers. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I like the pillow or not. It did help my neck pain the first week I had the pillow. Then it felt like the pillow flattened out and I had to flip the pillow over so it was more comfortable. The discomfort in my neck has returned.

The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.
