[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first tempur- pedic pillow about 15 years ago after a car accident. It aligned my neck and I never felt the stiffness again. I bought another one recently and loved it as much as my first one! Great for side sleepers too!

Product is extremely high and uncomfortable. We tried it WITH the plastic on and did not like them. Tried to initiate a return or exchange but it turns out pillows are non refundable and unable to be exchanged REGARDLESS of whether or not they are actually opened. This was NOT apparent during the checkout process at all. I don't know how Tempur-pedic expects you to know what pillow works best without any sort of trial period. Horrible customer service policy
