[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to try this pillow. I had used one at a mattress company that I thought might work for me. This is obviously not the pillow I tried. This pillow causes neck pain for me. The company will not allow returns even if the product has never been opened. I bought two under a promotional. I am sorry I purchased anything from them and won't again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Now I can sleep all night without waking up with a sore neck. Can sleep all night without waking up too. Best purchase I ever made. Told my kids about and they also purchased, and they are very happy they did.

It's a lot more comfortable than I was expecting for a memory foam pillow. This is my first memory foam pillow so I was worried it would be too hard. But it is very comfy! Sadly, the height is not quite enough for me and I end up sleeping with my old pillow more often than the Tempurpedic pillow. Overall, a good product though!
