The quality and memory foam is good. The pillow is small. Doesn't even fill out a standard pillowcase. Too flat to be supportive. I am sad I have two of these that cannot be returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been through nearly a dozen pillows in five years, and have always had neck and shoulder pain. I used to sleep on thin pillows that were very soft, and finally decided to change things up. This pillow is the perfect thickness (not too thin not too thick) and is a great balance of soft and firm (somewhere in the middle). It provides me with neck and shoulder support as well as enough cushion to feel comfortable at night. I actually fall asleep a lot faster with this pillow than any other pillow I have had prior to this. I get comfortable in bed so much quicker!
