[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the smell is lessening after a couple of weeks, I still don't like chemical smells when I sleep. But the pillows are much softer and more comfortable than the original pillows. So I'm hopeful the smell will be gone soon and giving them 4 stars

I was looking for a pillow that wouldn't cause that horrible "pins and needles" in the hands during the middle of the night and this one has been it. I would definitely order this pillow again.

I ordered this to replace a 10 year old symphony pillow. My other pillow was larger and much heavier. This pillow feels so cheap and lightweight. My head does not sink into the foam for support like the previous one. This pillow just flattens out when sleeping. The quality of Tempur-Pedic has definitely decreased and I am extremely disappointed in what I valued as a quality brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this pillow because every time I laid down for bed, I immediately had neck pains with ol' lumpy. I start off my night with the softer side and I lie on my back. Then, as the night progresses, I'll eventually flip over the pillow for the firm action and transition to my side/stomach for the best of both worlds. Only complaint is that the pillow itself could be a little larger and puffier, but we also have a king-sized bed that makes it look tiny, so I look past that. But I recommend this pillow; That neck pain hasn't been back, and I'm able to drift into a deeper sleep quicker and more comfortably.

I took a chance on this one and I really don't like it. I get neck aches and wake up with pain. After looking more thoroughly at the pillows I think I may have the Cloud Pro. But that is over double the price and I most like out of return window. I have gone back to using my old pillow.

I broke my neck about 20 years ago n, so, ensuring that I have a proper pillow is key to keeping my pain at bay. The symphony is great since I can sleep on my side and back with support that assist in proper alignment.
