[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was too firm for me and hurt my neck. I woke up several times every night with neck pain. I have had to go to the doctor and chiropractor in order to fix my next. But if you like a super firm pillow then you will probably like this pillow.

I would never purchase a pillow online again. It is too important to get the right fit. Too bad there is not a return policy when the pillow does not fit.

The pillow disappointed me. it is very pleasant but too firm. It is listed as Soft, but compared to other brands, it is more like Medium/Firm. Combined with the Tempur soft mattress, it is too firm for my female body. It might be good for men, but I can't sleep with it.It makes my neck and head paind, and I have trouble moving my whole head. I have to either throw out the pillow or the mattress.
