These pillows were an immediate disappointment as they came out of the box flat. I expected a high quality pillow that would improve my sleep. Since there is no return policy for pillows, I have suffered for nearly a year because I thought the pillows would eventually "break in." Instead, I am getting terrible, uncomfortable sleep and horrible neck and shoulder pain. My husband has the same issues. Waste of money.

After two nights and a sore neck, called to ask for a swap for something else- they said that wasn't possible: no returns on pillows. Website says 30 days to return, but rep said that's only for mattresses, so I felt like I had been duped. So I am left disappointed with a costly pillow we can't use.
