Hurts and very different from the Symphony I had else where

I was a fan of the Symphony pillow before where I bought it in another country and thought I should get one when I moved here. This one is completely different - it's almost double the height. Very uncomfortable. Hurts my head and neck. I called their customer service they said all of their products are non-exchangable or redundable. Total waste of money and now I need to go to a few massages to ease my neck.
