I was so please to find that this pillow is a lower height and offers a firm support throughout the night. It's firm, yet still soft and comfortable. For others that have neck pain from soft pillows, I high recommend this option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Tempurpedic pillows for past 15 years and was happy with my previous pillows. I decided to try a higher pillow since I stopped just sleeping on my back. This pillow claims you can use both ways. It is stiffer than I am used to even though it says it is Soft. I had it over 2 months and it didn't get softer.
