[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow would be absolutely perfect if it was thicker, I feel it's way too thin and find myself having to fold to compensate. Although I am a larger frame man my wife's stature is very small and she feels the same way. If it was thicker this would be my favorite pillow. I wish I would have chose different.

I time passed I feel like it got softer. It starts out good but I feel like as the night goes on I lose support for my neck and by morning my neck hurts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving 4 stars only because this isn't exactly the right pillow for me, however, since I purchased the Symphony Pillow my sleep has improved drastically! I'm waking up feeling rested and no more neck pains from my old pillow! For me, this pillow takes too long for it to bounce back when I change positions throughout the night. My next purchase will be a somewhat firmer Tempurpedic pillow- but still a great pillow for the sale price!
