The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I like the pillow or not. It did help my neck pain the first week I had the pillow. Then it felt like the pillow flattened out and I had to flip the pillow over so it was more comfortable. The discomfort in my neck has returned.

The pillow was wonderful for about the first month but then seemed to flatten out when I would put my head on it. I am a petite person so it can't be because of my size. I'm assuming the form just got softer and compressed more each time I used it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Post surgery I was required to only sleep on my back for 2-3 weeks and my current pillow wasn't going to work. Side note, I hate sleeping on my back so sleeping in such a position for an extended period wasn't my cup of tea. Insert the Symphony Pillow under my head the first night and I was hooked. I love it! My head is supported properly and my neck is comfortable. While sleeping on my back isn't my favorite side sleeping on the pillow is a dream.
