[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the symphony pillow because I wanted to replace the one I've had for over ten years. Yes, ten years! However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The pillow becomes very flat as soon as I lay on it and doesn't provide any support. It's just not worth the price since I can buy something similar for much less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
