I purchased a sumphony pillow over 10 years ago and loved it. I bought this for a replacement and had to throw it away after 2 sleepless nights and neck pain. The new pillow is so soft that my head sank to the point where it was like sleeping on a pancake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received both of my pillows quite quickly. One of the 2 pillows was missing stitching on the zipper part of the pillow. The quality of the foam is good so I'm still using the pillow though I wish I did not receive a defective product.

I usually get a migraine from sleeping on sturdy pillows, but this pillow allows for your head to sink in enough to n keep your neck and spine straight, and I don't get migraines. It is the best pillow I have ever had!!!
