[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It felt a little hard and took some getting used to after switching from different (cheaper) pillows however it did feel a little hard at times, I found removing the protective case my pillow came in made the pillow 100x softer i love it

I own two Symphony pillows which I have had for years and absolutley love. They are queen size Symphony pillows. The "new" Symphony pillows are only available in standard size, but this information is not advertised when ordering (I ordered 4). Ironically, upon arrival the boxes clearly state "standard" size. I called customer support, and lo and behold, the pillows cannot be returned although they are still shrink wrapped and in their original boxes. I am now a former loyal customer.
