[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying this pillow for about 8 years. Bought it again thinking it would be exactly the same because there was no indication otherwise. The pillow is now incredibly soft with no firmness to it, my head sinks straight through it. I attempted to return it and because of the awful return policy I was unable to return a pillow I didn't even sleep with. I will no longer be purchasing this pillow ever again.

Tempur-pedic symphony pillow is amazing. It got rid of my neck and shoulder pain and I stay sleeping longer. And I feel like I got a good nights rest. Also I want to mention Tempur-pedic has an amazing customer service 5 Star also want to thank Rachel for assisting me with my order she is truly a keeper and phenomenal guest service.

Temperpedic symphony pillow is amazing. It got rid of my shoulder pain since I'm a side sleeper. Also, I want to address that Tempur-pedic has amazing customer service top-notch five stars keep up the great work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many pillows. Many and this is by far the best. I do not have neck pain that wakes me up anymore. I am a petite side and stomach sleeper and whole the side position is more comfortable with this pillow I have been able to sleep on my stomach as well. I really do enjoy the pillow. It does take a few days to adapt. It is not too firm but not soft either. I feel it supports well. It does get warm.
