TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old version of the Symphony Pillow, and they were amazing, best pillow I've ever had. We bought 2 new Symphony Pillows and they are re-designed and can clearly tell they are different than the older Symphony Pillow. I could not get comfortable and did not like the pillow, so I thought I had ordered the wrong pillow. Turns out its just the new and updated version. I am not the only one that feels this way, I saw other reviews that had same feeling and concerns. Needless to say I put the new on in the closet and went back to my older Symphony Pillow. One night back on my old one and i said to myself, "Ahhhh that's much better".

It's Changed, and It's Terrible

I love my old Symphony pillow, which I bought about 6 years ago. But the new version is small, less dense, and doesn't support the neck well. I feel a little cheated, and what's worse, I'm not sleeping comfortably.

Pillows are much smaller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are much smaller than the same type and style of pillow from 6+ years ago. My wife and I love the pillows and we thought it would be nice to have a second set only to realize that the pillows are much smaller to the point where they don't stay in the pillowcases. I would have returned them immediately but I removed the tags prior to comparing them or placing them in a pillowcase. Very disappointed considering the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this pillow, I had trouble sleeping, if it was took too long. My pillow would get warm, or my neck would get strained. I ordered my first set when, it was BOGO free and I split it with my brother. Big difference in the amount of time to fall asleep. Especially in the summer, pillow stays cool and keeps its shape. Love my pillow. Looking to get a mattress, but waiting for a similar deal as the prices keep me at bay, for now lol
