Pillow not firm enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows are as described just not firm enough and my head sinks down in it causing me to have neck pain in the morning since I tend to sleep on my side more than on my back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 symphony pillows when it had the deal for BOGO. We went to one of the authorized retailer to try it out before purchasing online. It felt great. So we decided to get 2. One for myself and one for my husband. We both in love with it when we first got it. However, the pillow gets more flat/collapse after 6 months. My husband changed back to his old one because it started hurting his neck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected.

The pillow doesn't provide the right amount of support. I bought during the BOGO event, but because of the no return policy, I have two pillows that I won't use.

Great shape, way too firm

While the shape of this pillow is exactly what I was looking for, the pillow is WAY too firm to be comfortable. I wake up every morning with a neck ache or headache. Unfortunately, they're not exchangeable, so I'm stuck with a hunter dollar rock. Very disappointed.

Not comfortable for side sleeper

I bought 2 of these pillows for my husband and I. I tried the pillow for a week before I had to stop using it because it was causing me neck pain. I think it's too small and so my neck was tilted at an angle. I really wanted it to work, but now our pillows are just kept aside for our guest bedroom. :(
