[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the symphony pillow so I'd be able to use it for all sleeping styles. It's a lot more comfortable than I was expecting for a memory foam pillow. This is my first memory foam pillow so I was worried it would be too hard. But it is very comfy! Sadly, the height is not quite enough for me and I end up sleeping with my old pillow more often than the Tempurpedic pillow. Overall, a good product though!

Product is extremely high and uncomfortable. We tried it WITH the plastic on and did not like them. Tried to initiate a return or exchange but it turns out pillows are non refundable and unable to be exchanged REGARDLESS of whether or not they are actually opened. This was NOT apparent during the checkout process at all. I don't know how Tempur-pedic expects you to know what pillow works best without any sort of trial period. Horrible customer service policy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
