[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Tempuredic pillow years ago. More than a decade ago. It was good/heavy - same material the bed was made from. Everybody that tried it wanted one. If you got hit with it in a pillow fight it would knock you into next week. Finally was too worn to carry on. Went looking for a replacement - this was the only pillow that wasn't some custom crazy shape or something. Was waaay cheaper than the original pillow,,, because it's terrible.. Why change something that works? Why? Recipe for disaster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor customer experience, even worse customer service...

I purchased the Symphony pillow, but received a low quality Adjustable pillow instead. "Easy mistake, I'll call customer service and they'll send me the correct order", is what I thought, but what followed was the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I have to resort to leaving a poor review on this website. Customer service line says its only a couple of minutes wait time, but that hasn't been true for any of the numerous calls I've had to make, because I always get a prompt saying "all service reps are busy and please press 2 for a call back". On more than several occasions the call back is just a one ring phone call before they hang up. Never passing the one ring mark so I can answer, or leave a message. When I do get a call back and Im able to beat the rep before he hangs up, I ask for a status or resolution and they're not able to provide one or a time table of when I can expect an answer. I finally had enough and asked for a manager, which I was told only work from 10am-3PM (lucky them). So I called between those times, finally got a call back and transferred to the supervisor que only to be sent back to the normal service rep que for a call back. Its been over two weeks of this without a resolution. Based on this experience I will most likely never shop or recommend Tempur_pedic again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that is still the same about the symphony pillow is the shape and cover, the feel is way to soft now. I miss the Rhapsody and Allura feel, it's now to Cloud, very very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a different type of pillow than I've had in the past. It's much firmer and that was an adjustment for me. As far as the dual-sided design, it's so subtle I can't even tell the difference. I'm not 100% convinced that this is THE pillow for me, but it has helped some with my neck pain. I'm sticking with this one for a while, but if I decide to try another pillow, I'll consider another Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so nice I don't know how to describe in words. The pillow and Tempur mattress has changed the quality of sleep so much. In a good way. I was skeptical about paying so much for a mattress and pillow would really change anything but my sleeps has come to a point that I have to try something different , no matter what it is . And guess what , I was able to have a full sleep since day one on these babies .
