They are a bit firmer since I recently purchased them, but I think with more use they'll gain the same firm yet soft feel my sister's pillows have. Ultimately a great purchase!

I toss and turn but if I have it on the side sleeping side it's supporting my whole neck and head. I have noticed better sleep since using it and my usual neck pain when waking up has subsided significantly which has been amazing. The only thing is it's really small for some reason. For reference I am 140 pounds with a small frame and I am constantly sliding it during the night. If it was wider it would be perfect. I have a king bed and this size seems to fit my full guest bed fine. For a pillow that's marketed towards sleepers that toss and turn it has no room to toss and turn!
