I've had the symphony for the last 5 years. I needed an upgrade so I bought the exact same pillow. Unfortunately they must make this pillow differently now. It's way too soft than my original one. It is a lot thinner too. Do not recommend!

This is the third set of Tempu-Symphony I've bought in 10+ years. I purchased this one to replace my existing one, which flattened a bit. The new pillow is not nearly as supportive or firm, the covering material is clearly more thin and flimsy, and the entire pillow does not provide the support and quality that it used to. However, thanks for Tempurpedic's inflexible return policy, I am not able to return these pillows, even though they are still in their plastic packaging and are unused! I will be finding a new company for sure.
