Flattens during slepping

This pillow flattens during sleeping, so I am constantly flipping it around to have neck support. Also, the cover is so slick my pillowcase will not stay on. I've tried flannel and cotton pillowcases.

A replacement for my very old Tempur-Pedic

I really wanted to love this pillow, but I only just like it quite a bit. And it's still better than any competitor, for sure. But it looked to be the closest replacement for the Tempur-Pedic pillow I had for almost fifteen years. I feel like it doesn't spring back quite as quickly, and when my toddler shares a bed with us that can be a bit of a downside. But on nights I don't have to share it is a wonderful pillow.

I suppose I wasn't use to any pillows besides down. It took me a few nights to really appreciate the rest I was getting. Months later I actually take my pillow with me when I travel.

I use the symphony pillow for my nap time on my couch and it's the best... it contours my neck just the right way and the comfort level is outstanding... even take it on vacation in the car as well on road trips...

We have historically loved these pillows and this would be our 3rd and 4th time buying them. Whatever has changed in recent years they are awful. They are smaller than their predecessor and have no support, they sink easily a take longer to recover. Being unable to return pillows these were an absolute waste of money. Incredibly disappointed.
