Love the company but not this pillow so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love tempurpedic and have a tempurpedic bed and have had their pillows for many years as well. When it's time to get a new one we usually buy the same pillow but branched out to try this own and while the quality is the same high standard the pillow form itself leaves something to be desired. I'm either sliding off of it or trying to find a way to be comfortable with it - it just falls short somehow and my husband feels the same. We wish we could exchange it for another one but I don't think they do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not supportive compared to older versions

Bought to replace older versions of the same pillow. The new pillows are incredibly soft and my head sank right to the mattress. Absolutely no support at all. Hate it. Brand new and because of NO Return on pillows....it goes right to the garbage.

This is the best pillow - period. I've purchased 10+ pillows and this is my go to. It's perfect in every way. Hope they never stop making these or I would be highly disappointed. Purchased one about 4 years ago another last year. About to get two more "just in case"

Just bought 2 of these for my kids, thought it was the same model as the one I've had for a while now (at least 15 years), but it's lighter and not as soft. My kids prefer my pillow! But this one is still great.

We have slept on Tempurpedic mattresses for many years and recently purchased the pillows. They are so comfortable-not too soft or hard and have definitely added to our restful sleep. We highly recommend them, and the mattress, too.

Not the same as older model

I bought this pillow about 7 years ago, and still use it. I thought it was about time to replace it with a new one. Well, the one I received is softer, more flimsy and just doesn't offer the support of the order model. Needless to say, I am using my old symphony pillow which offers me the best best night sleep.

Existing Tempurpedic customer (mattress) and still remarkably surprised at how supportive yet comfortable these pillows were. Can't believe I waited so long to procure these (significantly reduced morning neck/shoulder discomfort from other brand pillows I previously had)
