I have been using this pillow for last 12+ year and love it. It give me grest comfort and good night sleep. Perfect for my neck and very comfortable. Just replaced my pillow with new pillows. however old one still work great and will use it for guest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is way too firm. Nothing at all like the previous tempur pedic pillow I bought and thought I was getting again, but apparently isn't made anymore. I wanted a soft, unformed pillow (I have a tempur pedic like this so I know they exist) but this one is the exact opposite. It's hard, hurts my head and gives me headaches.

It took me a week to start sleeping like a baby on my new pillow because before I didn't use a pillow and I suffered a lot of pain in both arms due to my tendinitis. I have slept on my side all my life and on the side that I slept on I woke up with pain + neck pain. Now using this pillow I have no more pain in my arms or neck, I can sleep better and I add a few hours to my sleep every night. Very happy with the purchase and for this investment for my quality of life. P.S. I bought two pillows, one for my husband who sleeps on his back and it worked great for him too. Excellent investment. Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for these pillows, but they aren't what I expected. While the memory foam and technology of them is nice they just don't feel like they offer much support while sleeping. My head does not feel comfortably supported or in line with my spine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
