Small and holds heat

The Tempur-Symphony pillow is very small and if suited for anyone it would be a child. In addition it holds body heat so I do not think this was a good purchase or value. Save your money

I was actually quite disappointed with my purchase. My husband got the symphony pillow quite a few years ago and is still using his pillow and loving it. This symphony pillow however is not at all the same quality. It does not support near like the old ones. It flattens out and doesn't have the quality that the old ones had. When I pick up the old one and the new one at the same time it is obvious which one is made with better quality. The old one is just heavier and firmer. So all in all, I am disappointed I paid so much for a pillow that is not the quality it used to be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Pillow for back and neck

I have had a cervical fusion and a few lumbar fusions, this is the only pillow I use. This was a replacement of an older model, and it is even better than the last one. I would never have imagined that a pillow would make such a difference, or that I would bring a pillow with me every time I traveled, but here I am; waking up rested and pain free. My back and neck are kept in alignment, it is a must have for side-sleepers. I highly recommend that anyone with neck or back issues invest in this pillow, you won't regret it.

Excellent quality and very comfortable. I do think is a bit small for me so I am planning to buy a bigger pillow. My wife likes the pillow just fine.

It is the perfect softness I was looking for. Molds to my shape exactly right. I have neck issues and since I've started using it, my neck hasn't hurt near as bad

I was having back and neck pain because I had a really old pillow. I was recommended the Symphony by a friend of mine who has slept on an older model for 5+ years and absolutely loves it. Whether a pillow will be good for you as an individual is hard to gauge just through online descriptions/without trying it for a few weeks (or even more). I have had it for a few months now and I am happy with it! Though I am not as in love with it as my friend is (I am a side sleeper and it's a bit firm for my taste), it has totally fixed my pain and I think my neck appreciates the support even if I don't love the feel initially. One pillow isn't going to be perfect for everyone but my guess is that the Symphony will work for almost anyone.
