Quality but not my cup of tea

I normally do not do reviews on items since it is time consuming and strenuous. However since tempur-pedic does not offer returns or trial periods, and my boyfriend sleeps on the older version temper-symphony pillow I felt my opinion is valid. To sum my thoughts up I want to say my boyfriends older model of this pillow has a more medium firmness, has nice quality support laying on your back, side, and or stomach. My hopes were given up when my soft density, ok support depending on your body frame, newer knock-off version arrived. In all the newer temper-symphony pillows do not feel like the older ones, and I am still on my quest to find my perfect pillow. I have tried to sleep on this pillow for a day or two until I switched back to my older more lofty tempur-pedic pro support memory foam pillow. Pros: pillow was shipped and delivered in less than a week lightweight reforms to original shape good for back sleeping and maybe on stomach (not enough height or cushion for me to side sleep) Cons: package seemed to have been thrown around during shipping, but pillow was fine inside the box too soft for me not enough support for my neck/ shoulders sleeping sideways the newer temper-symphony model pillow definitely does not feel like the older version no returns or trial period
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a great pillow for a couple months, but all of a sudden within the last week my neck is screaming with pain after laying on this pillow for any period of time. I hate it didn't last longer (4 months).

Not for hot sleepers, not enough support

I purchased this pillow because I am a side and stomach sleeper. This pillow gets very hot when you sleep on it and the heat causes it to compress a lot leaving you with a flat spot and very little support. I keep having to move the pillow around, flip it over, or bunch it up because it gets so flat. I was hoping this would be a solution to my neck pain but it seems to have made it worse. Also, once you sleep on it, you can't return it. So, now I have 2 very expensive pillows that are going in the trash.

Finally pain relief

I suffer from a painful nerve condition from a car accident that makes sleeping impossible. This pillow finally allowed me to sleep without the severe neck pain I had with other pillows. This allows me to not just be limited to sleeping on my sides anymore. I absolutely love this and would recommend it to everyone

No neck pain

I've been using a Tempurpedic Contour neck pillow for over 15 years. I finally wore the cover out by washing so I needed to replace. I wanted one just like I had, but they don't offer that model anymore. I tried the TEMPUR-Symphony pillow and so far it has performed just as good as my last one. I sleep on my side the most and it is great for side sleeping.
