[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best pillow i have ever used in my life! I LOVE IT. My neck pain is completely gone, i sleep soundly and don't wake up with a stiff neck. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet, at a desk charting, picking up people, etc. When you lay your head down, it just molds into the pillow it's like being surrounded by clouds. It's very supportive! It's cool and doesn't get hot sleeping. Trust me people, i don't write reviews so let me just tell you that this pillow is worth every penny spent! Do yourself a favor and go get yourself one. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the material & craftsmanship, and side sleeping. Not as good for sleeping on my back. I had a different tempur-pedic pillow that was better for back sleeping, but another family member has claimed it. If I bought them again, I would buy one symphony pillow and one pillow that was a little flatter. Delivery took 1 month. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I called and complained and they rectified the situation and my pillows were delivered a week later.
