I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to give my opinion on the pillow in case it might help someone else. Years ago my daughter bought a tempur pedic mattress. It came with pillows (don't know what kind they were), but no one but me liked them. They were like a rock, but when you slept on them they conformed to your head and were very comfortable for me. After many years they wore out so I decided to try the symphony. It did say soft, and that it is. WAY to soft for me. There is basically no support. The pillow is an ok pillow if you like very soft, but you could buy one that felt this way for 1/4 of the price I paid. They can't be returned, so be careful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought too much beyond using a Firm pillow ie Alternative Down etc. Pain from accidents and work related injuries got me thinking outside of the pillows I grew up with and accepted as just the way it is . Feeling stiff and sore and shifting around during the night prompted me to check out the best out there . Temperpedic was appealing to me as I read reviews and watched videos online. I decided to try the Symphony and after a couple months have less pain . I'm happy with my choice and several other options in the Temperpedic line will be on other beds in my home in the near future . No looking back now , this is a whole new positive direction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had back pains and actually horrible shoulder problems due to my old pillow. I sleep face up the majority of the time and the only thing that would get rid of the really excruciating shoulder pain was going to the chiropractor to get my whole upper body adjusted. Keep in mind, I am a healthy 25 year old. I was iffy to get this pillow (decently expensive for a pillow I thought) but I am more than glad I got this. I have not had any back or shoulder problems since, and fall asleep MUCH easier than before. The pillow is shaped very well, cushions your head nice enough to not have your neck at a bad position and conforms to your shoulder.

This pillow finally gave me the perfect amount of height, softness, and contour. I don't wake up with a stiff neck or headaches and have found I am not waking up to my snoring as often. The other wonderful part is that there is no strange smell from the pillow. Many I have tried have had an odor that triggers my migraines; this pillow has zero smell. I am so thrilled to finally have found a pillow that is beneficial and feels like a dream before I head to dreamland!
