[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Symphony pillow is my favorite Tempur-pedic pillow so far. I am a medium build woman with square shoulders that measure about 5 inches out, and I sleep on my side and back. This pillow is perfect for me in either position, and I love that it's soft and not too firm but still feels supportive. It also is just right as a between-the-legs pillow since it's not too thick. The Tempur-Cloud pillow is not supportive enough for me, and the Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow was way too firm for me, felt like a rock. My elderly husband loves his Tempur-Adapt Pro + Cooling Lo pillow, but that one is too soft and too flat for me. He likes it because he wears an oxygen cannula at night that wraps around his ears, so a firm or high pillow hurts his ears. These Tempur pillows are expensive; however, both my husband and I suffer from chronic neck and back pain, and the right pillow truly makes a difference!

I had the original one years ago and it was great and was dense and firm enough to support my neck (side sleeper). This new version is WAY less dense, smaller, and has gone from firm to soft! It doesn't last more than 2 hours before completely losing form. Highly disappointed! We need the old one back!
