I ordered this pillow in Feb for my husband because at the time he had been having pain in his neck and had been seeing a therapist as the neck pain was also causing his arm to fall asleep when he slept. As an aside, at the time, he was also undergoing a sleep study, which later determined he has mild sleep apnea. Almost immediately I noticed when he slept on this pillow was his lack of snoring. It was amazing. He seems to consistently get really good sleep and he hasn't complained of his neck pain in a while; nor of his arm falling asleep. It's almost like a magic pillow. =) I've liked it so much, my mother asked me to buy one for her and one for my father.
