[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a while to break it in, but overall I am happy I got this. Previously I had some neck pain when I wake, but this pillow helped with that. I normally fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side sometime. I have not had any issues since I started using this pillow. It conforms to the size of my head and is nice and soft.

Then I was unable to return it - the customer service rep instructed me to scroll down on the web page to where that fact was in small type. It is uselessly stored in a closet.

Got this to replace the old symphony pillows and this is definitely not the same pillow. It goes completely flat and I find myself flipping it and tossing and turning all night. The foam is very soft and weighs less than half of my older one. Thankfully, I kept one because I cannot sleep on this, my neck is in so much pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly I'm a side sleeper and it holds shape well, conforming to body heat and pressure to support comfortably. after getting off it it bounces back to original shape in a few seconds, where shredded/adjustable memory foam I've tried before would need to be shaken back into its basic shape to gain back it's comfort after a couple uses
