I've been forced to sleep on my back as of recent due to some hip injuries - so, this is a great pillow with solid support and nice materials. It works well for sleeping on my back and side, though it may be a bit firm for those who prefer a very soft pillow. Quality feels durable, and it holds its shape nicely. I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Side Sleep, Upgraded!

Finally found a pillow with the right amount of firmness while still being supportive. I have restful sleep every night and wake up with no neck pain. Perfect for side sleepers.

Bought a new one to replace my existing symphony pillow. Material has changed and is not as dense as it used to be. Went from one of the best pillows on the market to one of the worst. Will not be buying again.

Thought this was solution to migraines. Quite the opposite. I have had a month straight of headaches because of this pillow.
