Bought me and my wife one and have not been super happy with its comfort. It is much better than say a cheap pillow just not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly, the Tempur-Pedic Symphony pillow is the best pillow I have ever had. I have been able to sleep one and a half hours longer -- sometimes more! -- each night since I started using it two months ago. And when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I can now get back to sleep most of the time. Another "plus" for me is that I no longer have "cricks" and pains in my neck when I wake up. I change sleeping positions between side and back while sleeping, and so I experimented with using both sides of the pillow, as well as flipping it when changing sleeping positions. From my "experiments" I've learned that using the curved side of the pillow to sleep on and placing the flat side down gives me the best night's sleep.

For a back sleeper - the head could end up on the beveled sides causing neck strain. Symphony pillow may be better for side sleepers than the back sleepers.

I'm a side and tummy sleeper and this was the perfect pillow for both of those sleeping positions. It is amazing how much your posture matters and sleeping with the right pillow can fix it and help with pain. I've noticed I don't toss and turn as much during the night and I sleep better.
