[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly happy with the pillow; the support is there that I needed. The material is better than expected. It hasn't made a huge difference yet with how I am sleeping, and I had high hopes for that. I do still find my neck kinked and I have had stiff shoulder and neck muscles. I wish I seen an option for King size pillow, as I have a queen pillow on a kind bed and I'd rather have the larger to be more comfortable on my bed. Also, there isn't a return policy, and if your city does not have a distributor nearby to test these pillows out, you are out of luck like me.

So it was a bit of a waste for me.
