It was more money out of pocket but less than I paid for one about 20 years ago per pillow. I've had a cloud or bean shaped pillow for many years and need a new one. Unfortunately I didn't see the one I wanted available anymore, so I grabbed the most similar one to replace it. It still comes with a nice heave cover with a zipper, same great material, but it's about twice as thick and I can't sleep on it all night. It's a great pillow but too big for me. It's a shame there isn't a smaller one, but I may cut it in half and have 2 -

When they arrived, we knew we needed to give them time to "break in"- my husband says his is "okay" but I was waking up with so much neck pain or discomfort that I couldn't force myself to just get used to it anymore. Customer service wasn't very helpful, so we just kinda delt with the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to get another set of the Symphony (side-sleeper) Tempur-Pedic pillows like the ones I got when I purchased my mattress several years ago. But the quality of the new Symphony pillows I received is nothing like the older Tempur-Pedic pillows I've been using. These new pillows are smaller than a normal standard-size pillow (they swim in the pillowcase), and they are much lighter and less dense so they compress down flat which makes it hard to get any head support as a side sleeper. They are not comfortable at all and my husband and I are disappointed as we both get neck and shoulder pain with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
